Praise God for the Little Things in LIfe ... like ABC.
I have a very hectic schedule and a lot of things going on right now. The last thing I needed was to have a rock hit my wife's windshield while she was driving down 280.
I considered my options. Definately did not want to changed the entire windshield. Her car is a 2009 BMW X5. I've had bad experiences having windshields replace on other cars in the past (mainly resealing problems and leaks). Plus it is so darn expensive.
I decided windshield repair was a far better option both in terms of not pulling out the old windshield and also much more cost effective.
The decision to use Greg at ABC Mobile Windshield Repair was quite easy after having called several other places. Everyone either wanted to sell me a new windshield or wouldn't guarantee their repair. Greg does guarantee his repairs and he did an excellent job of explaining the repair process to me. IT sounded like he really knows what he's doing and you can see it from his repair. Yes, you can see it a little, but it looks far better than before and it won't spread.
It had the repair completed at my work by the time he said he would. A real pleasure to work with.

YES, FINALLY A COMPANY THAT NOT ONLY KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND CHARGES A FAIR PRICE, BUT IS ACTUALLY A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH.
HE (MR. GREG) MENDED THE BULL'S EYE ON MY CORVETTE WINDSHIELD. LOOKS FAB.
IT WAS ACTUALLY INTERESTING TALKIN TO HIM.
HE EXPLAINED THE ENTIRE PROCESS OVER THE TELPHONE, BUT IT WAS EVEN MORE INTERESTING WATCHING.
I LIKE THE FACT THAT HE ONLY DOES WINDSHIELD ROCK CHIP REPAIR. HE DOESN'T DO ANY REPLACEMENT.
HE SAY HE DOES THIS SO THERE IS NOT CONFLICT OF INTEREST. IF HE TELLS SOMEONE ITS NOT REPAIRABLE, HE DOESNT TURN AROUND AND TRY TO SELL THEM A WINDSHIELD.
ALL THE OTHER PLACES I CALLED DO BOTH.
IT SOUNDED LIKE THEY WERE GOING TO DO A CRAPPY REPAIR SO THEY COULD SELL ME A NEW WINDSHIELD LATER. THEY JUST DIDN'T SOUND CONFIDENT OR ENTHUSIASTIC ABOUT HELPIN ME REPAIR MY WINDSHIELD.
GREG, THOUGH, WAS VERY CONFIDENT. SAY BIN DOIN THIS FOR OVER 15 YEARS.
