EB was quick to respond to my insurance companies request for estimate and repairs. Their customer services is great! They worked well within the time frame given so that I did not have to pay for the rental car out of my own pocket. The only issue I had with them - their hours are not as convenient as I would have liked due to the fact that I am a commuter and had to take time off of work in order to drop off and pick up my car before they closed.
