Failed emmisions test badly here, passed with flying colors down the street.
Additional info: Integrity measured my wife's car at 330 PPM. Took it Ernie's and it passed with flying colors (.27 PPM, yes that's not a typo). Now her car is marked as a Gross Polluter in the DMV database because either "Integrity's" smog machine is way off or the person doing the Smog Test doesn't know how to use it. Called the shop and spoke to Nathan, the MGR. He refused to give us a refund. STAY AWAY from this place.

Poor customer service
Took my wife's car to get smogged. It failed. When I asked what was wrong, I was told to bring it back the next day and maybe they could look at it. Then somebody else behind the counter said no because he wouldn't be there. I was told good luck and sent on my way. My overall impression of the place was that it's employees couldn't care less. I won't go back.

Integrity Auto - Scotts Valley
My wife went there with our 97 Caddy and they told her the head gasket needed to be replaced. Later I went in and they (Nathan) told me I had no oil pressure and needed to replace the engine which they said would cost $6,000 to install a used engine.
However, when I had the car checked by a very reliable mechanic I was told that there was nothing wrong with my car except maybe a faulty oil pressure sensor.
I know times are rough but these people have no integrity at all. This used to be a good auto shop. Then the owners sold it and the new owners seem to be willing to cheat their customers.
