She is great to work with...
When you own a home or two, the next best friend you want to have is a mortgage broker. Irene is the one. She is fabulous to work with. She is professional and well-spoke in her line of work. I had pleasure attending several of Irene?s speeches about how to find the right mortgage plans with the best interest rates. She patiently listens to your concerns and issues and analyzes the situation, and then recommends the best plans to fit the needs. A Truly Knowledgeable & Efficient Broker!
Despite the fact that she had to make a trip out of the country in the middle of the process, Irene still helped us to refinance our mortgage to a lower interest rate and never missed a beat. She maintained consistant contact with her office, the lender, and us (myself and my husband). Her response time to any of our questions was within 24 hours (usually the same day) and she was able to get an extension on our lock to work out the final details without penalty to us! Her expertise and depth of knowledge was obvious and she made all the paperwork easy. I really appreciated having Irene working as our advocate and highly recommend her.
