  1. both times the chair wont work, they wont fix it under warranty
    i purchased 2 lazyboy's both with the vibrater massage and heat one of the lazyboy's had the massage stop working and I was refunded by lazyboy and i had to wait half a year almost for the new chair i purchased then the replacement stopped working, i called and after weeks of phone tag(repair warranty service can only be done on monday or friday, and even than she is not always in on those days)and after crawling under the chair to tear out a part of the warranty card, i had the repairman come out, he told me that they would need to replace the chair top part....and that it takes lazyboy months to make a new part(it took about 5 months the last time to make me a new chair part) so i waited.... after about 8 months i call and and find out that he needs to come back and find out whats wrong AGAIN, so he comes and tells me again that they need to make a new back and it takes a long time, he also tells me that the reason i didnt get the chair repaired the last time was that you didnt have a correct phone number, BUT THAY HAVE MY ADDRESS ON FILE WHY DIDN'T I RECIEVE A LETTER??, and that is also the reason i have to pay a $50 fee, he took my correct phone number and left saying i would get a call in a few months when the back of the chair comes in.. 8 months go by, i call last week and i am told the warranty has run out and that i cannot get the chaIr repaired. THE FIRST TIME I CALLED IN, I WAS TOLD AFTER I READ HER THE NUMBERS FROM THE TAG I PULLED OUT FROM UNDER THE FOOT REST THAT THE CHAIR WAS STILL COVERED UNDER WARRANTY....I DID WHAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO DO, WHY CANT MY CHAIR BE FIXED? I WAS TOLD BOTH TIMES IT WAS UNDER WARRANTY...SO SHE KNEW THIS WAS STILL PART OF THE SAME REPAIR ORDER! Dont buy from them, its worth your time to go to a bigger dealer 30 miles away in san jose.
