Lhasa Hair Salon is great, affordable very nice Tibetan Americans work there.
I was walking by and decided to try it. I go through stylists like water through a sieve. Though I live in Oakland, I go out of my way to get my haircut there. I'm getting my hair ready for my wedding there too. (Montan, 07/15/2008)
