Midas Ocean Street ROCKS!
I started going there because I needed something close to work. I KEPT going there because they were:
1. competent and good at what they do
2. nice and friendly
3. reasonable in price
4. able to handle emergencies.
Last night I thought my engine was a goner. I had my van towed to Midas and left it there with keys in the drop box with a note and such. I got a call the next morning saying I could pick up the van. all fixed and NO charge!!! It turns out it was a vacuum hose and it took like 3 seconds to fix. Well, I was a long time customer and they just made me a lifetime customer.
It makes me feel great that I now have a local mechanic that cares!
