Veronica is a very gifted individual with the hair styling, cutting and coloring. She gives me a great cut every time and tweaks my color this way or that to give me some variety, which I love. I am happy to say I have found a stylist I can make a habit of going to. You should give her a try./P

Marti is the best!
I have been going to the same stylist, Marti at Montage Hair Design for over 25 yrs which should say something in itself. She has the patience of a saint with my many new hair style ideas but has always been very honest about what will work for my hair and what won't. She always seems to keep up to date with all the latest/greatest styles and hair products and I've been very happy with the results except for that one perm I had about 10yrs ago! but then that was my bad decision not her advice :) Also, I've never had her cut my hair but seen the results of what Diane has done, another stylist there and been very impressed with her too. Anyway, if you're looking for a change and a new salon, I would definitely give this one a try. Very easy to find on Campbell Ave. just across from the Pruneyard shopping center and next door to the bridal shop./P

Ashley's Talent For Seeing What The Client Needs
The Montage salon has a friendly hometown atmosphere; furthermore, Ashley has an eye for style and unique touch for all types of hair textures and age ranges. Ashley cut and colored my hair last Saturday and I receive multiple complements everyday?which makes my day:)!!! Awesome cuts and colors!
I have been going to Veronica at Montage for the last 6 months. I found out about her here on City Search, and I am really glad I did. I had been searching for a salon that could deliver a great cut, and get the highlights I wanted. I was so happy to find Veronica! She does an amazing job with both the cut and highlights, and her prices are the most reasonable I have found. She listens to me, looks at photos I bring in, and she delivers a great look! The highlights are just the right color, and they last a long time I can go about 810 weeks without a touch up. The cut is fun, with lots of layers and movement. Finding Veronica was worth the search!/P

Always coming back!
When it comes to hair i'm not so great. id rather throw it up in a bun. But a friend told me Montage was the place i had to go and they would take great care of me. Well i went and i wasn't sure exactly what i wanted done but knew i needed a trim and color. Ashley was my stylist and she lead me to a great color and cut and even bangs! Ashely was very professional and had a great personality i definetly trusted her judgement. i was so happy when all was done but i can't wait to go back when it's time for another trim and color!/P

Great haircut!
I got a great hair cut from Ashley. She really knows how to cut men's hair. I just moved into town and was nervous to try someone new but I walked in and she was able to take me right away and she did a great job . I'll defiinitely be going back to this salon. /P

Montage is the best!!!
I've been a client at Montage for many years and have recommended them to many people. Marti and all of the stylistsare extremely skilled in all aspects of hair services. I have found that they listen well to the wishes of clients, they take pride in their work and continue to pursue the latest trends. Marti has been very careful to recruit stylists who embrace the principles of excellent customer service. She has a lengthy list of customers who have been coming to Montage for a long time. People who aren't happy don't continue to come back year after year. I enjoy the time I spend at Montage each month and truly appreciate the efforts of Marti and her entire staff in making the salon a welcoming and friendly place. I continually receive compliments on my hair and I owe many thanks and kudos to Marti!!!/P

Fine Service, Fine People
My Mother has been going to Montage for as long as I can remember. All of her friends go to Montage too. I think I started going to Marti when I first had hair! Ok, not that young, but she was my first hair lady. I say "was" because I moved away when I went to college and was forced to find a new stylist. But on numerous occassions I had been in the area and in desperate need of a cut/highlight. Marti would always let me know if she had any cancelations, or, if she couldn't fit me in, her daughter Veronica would find room for me. They are like family! And Veronica is one of the best colorists I've ever come across. One time I was in there with horribly bleached out ends and dark roots (the product of my neglect) and she evened out my hair so beautifully! All of the other customers commented on how beautiful my color was. She's a pro! If any of my friends/family ever needed a great stylist in the San Jose/Cambell area, I would recommend Marti and Veronica (and the rest of the Montage team) in a heart beat! Plus... You get all the good neighborhood gossip! Miss you gals!/P

Marti is a fearless, artistic colorist / cutter / stylist! I get stopped in public regularly sporting my latest "do". Women and men of all ages marvel at the cut and style more than a few have beaten a path to Montage for a new edgy look of their own. Marti attracts talented stylists who consult with you, respond knowledgeably, and deliver the "look" you want. I went from shoulder length hair to a short, spiky scissor cut and have never looked back. How did this happen? One day, sitting in her chair, I was ready for a change. "Marti, if you can make me look like Melanie Griffith and Sharon Stone (who had very short cuts at the time)...that's what I want!" Knowing well my face shape, type of hair, and all the important considerations stylists make, she started cutting. 30 minutes later the whole shop stopped in awe they LOVED my really short, really edgy, and very sultry new "do" so did I. I don't need to shop around anymore because I've found the best you can, too!/P

Great Salon
I love Montage. I have difficult hair and am not skilled at maintaining styles at home. A few years ago, a friend of mine (who's hair is fantastic) referred me to her stylist at Montage. She found a style that looks great and that I can easily manage on my own at home. This has changed my life. For the first time in fifty years, I like my hair. As an added bonus, I actually enjoy going to the salon because everyone there is so interesting and fun to chat with. This is painless, affordable, body and spriti therapy./P

Awful style
I went in for my 1st color and cut from this salon, they are friendly, however when she asked what I wanted Vanessa said I trim was not enough, I told her my stylist just retired so since I was just trying this place out I would start with a trim...then she cut 4 inches off, it looked awful, I told her I was unhappy and began to cry, she said she like dit and when i get home I will be happy. I am not I tried to call to get my money back, she said look lady, I cut your hair and you paid for a haircut. So rude, I will never go back/P
