Corrupt, hostile and deceitful
After having a lot of insurance products with Shana Nelson's office for a very long time, she completely blew a health insurance prescreen and wasted weeks of my time. She then refused to write a letter stating the details of what happened regarding prescreen as a formality. What is really unbelievable though is that her office very likely deliberately made 2 blatant mistakes on a separate insurance policy and took over a month to get the basic vital documents out. Her office staff lied to me regarding the drafting of the policy declaration as was confirmed by her State Farm Executive Field Agent. She is very clearly willing to engage in corrupt, hostile and deceitful practice and though many have not had a problem - neither did I for 2.5 years. Out of all the insurance agents I have met, this is the bottom of the barrel and when spending so much of your hard earned money on State Farm insurance I would very strongly recommend going elsewhere.

Detailed and Compassionate
Shana and Laurie have provided me with excellent service! As someone who moves frequently for my career, this is the first agency that has taken the time to not only review my insurance policies, but to explain them to me. We made adjustments to my coverage based on life changes and actually decreased my monthly payments while increasing my coverage. Shana is terrific at answering my questions, taking the time to ensure my complete understanding of the products and services available.
