Stay Away
Do not give this dealership a chance. Over the course of 6 years they have repeatedly disappointed me. Each time I given them the benefit of the doubt or a second chance I regret my decision.
They have tried to convince me of policies that don't exist, made recalls a challenge, denied me discounts and of greatest concern to me is their disrespect of the Volkswagen product.
This business only cares about making money off of you. They are not interested in making sure you become a valued customer.
I will not even go their to buy touch-up paint. If you are a Volkswagen fan and live on the North Shore . . . be willing to travel for your maintenance and service.
