Not sure if it was a bad day? by gemma l. at InsiderPages
We called Sears and asked them about a single tire repair and change. We brought the car in and where told it would be under an hour. We arrived at 11 a and where not let go until 5:30. I can not believe that it took them 6 plus hours to change one tire.
