This is a nice little storage yard with competitive rates. Managers keep the grounds clean and the storage is secure. Good rates, well lit and fenced.

Don't use this place.
Trust is an important factor when storing personal and business property. If this is important to you, find another place to store your stuff. They open and close the gate for people when their rules specifically state that you must key in your code. Also, they seem nice at first but the manager, George, is unprofessional and has an issue with anger management. He flew off the handle at something that was totally uncalled for. Upon deciding to vacate the premises, I approached the office to give my notice and he locked me out and hid behind the desk. You might check out Allsafe Storage in San Leandro. They are much more professional, cleaner, and have better security.
