Terrible service
I bought 2 cars from this dealership and have regretted ever doing so! It's family run, most are brothers or cousins, who cares. They suck. I tried to schedule a simple 10k mile service maintenance and their customer service agent: Erika is clueless. Both times I called the phone went silent and I said, "Hello is anyone there." I had to hang up and dial again because she either fell asleep on the phone, or put me on hold without telling me. When I was buying my car, I had read the reviews on a few sites like google and yelp. I confronted Abby, Sales Manger, about this. Nice guy, but of course what are they going to say but 'some people like us and some people don't.' That's the truth no matter what business, however, when the negatives start out weighing the positives... things that make you go hmmmmm. As a consumer of a $15-30k dollar car, you decide, what kind of service do you want before and after. I might have purchased from them, but I regret it now.
