Man what a great watch store.
I have been shopping with Rob for about three years. I have found him to be very honest, professional, and customer friendly. At first, I was very hesitant to buy a watch "long distance". I was looking for a Swiss watch that was not available in my local area of Jacksonville,Fl. Also, I would only buy from an authorized dealer. After calling and speaking with Rob, he calmed my fears. I took the chance. Well three years later I am still buying from him and now consider him a friend. The few times I have called and Rob was out of the store, the other Topper associates were just as warm and friendly in anserwing any and all my questions.
Topper has what I believe to be top notch customer service. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a quality Swiss time piece.

Great over the phone purchase! Great price!
It is not often that I take the time to write a feedback to vendors or service providers but this time I decided it may be important for you to hear back from your customer. I cannot overstate my satisfaction from the overall customer experience I had with your store. As a result, I bought 2 Tag watches over the phone.
Staff was extremely helpful in providing me with the exact information I needed, helping me with the price quote, and shipping the watches on time and in great shape!
received the watches in perfect condition and incredibly fast - they were delivered to my office in Virginia in under 24 hours! Impressive!

I like the selection and location of this store but I haven't been entirely satisfied with the service and stock. I ordered a Steven Kay ring, which I'm sure they got from him and then added the center stone, but one of the side stones gets cloudy really easily and they cleaned it up and said it was my fault for using too much product (Iike hair spray or lotion). Ultimately, I would have preferred to get a better item and/or not be blown off by them when I had a problem.

My fiance and I got my engagement ring custom made here. The owner, Bill, won't remember your name but he always remembers the ring! :)
This is a small family owned business. Bill and his wife, along with their son, run the show. Great customer service and very helpful, the staff at Topper is easy to work with. They will try to earn your business and price match. No pressure from the staff about purchasing right away or anything like that. A very easy-going sales pitch. The jeweler who made my ring, Val, is a wonderful artist. My engagement ring is like no other and is a vision truly made into reality. (He's currently working on our wedding bands.)
The store offers a huge selection of some of the top named designers in engagement/wedding rings. They will also custom make rings at your request. Topper is most well known for carrying high end watches and related products. There are also other types of jewelery here, too, but most of the store is filled with engagement/wedding rings and watches.
PROS: Friendly customer service, Large selection
CONS: Expensive! (Not a discount outlet type store)
