I was with World Savings for about 6 years and was extremely satisfied with them. I'm still trying to figure out if I feel the sameway with Wachovia. So far I've been very satisfied with the staff. They have been very helpful and friendly, informative and curteous. I don't know about some of the negative issues I've been hearing and that makes me nervous. But they keep reassuring me my savings are safe. Still I'm cautious. So far I rate the service 4 stars altho' kind of inconvenient since there are only 2 banks and both not close to where I live.
